Zendesk compatiblity & integrations

Oct8ne integrates 100% with the Zendesk ticketing system. With the integration you can:

• Submit tickets to Zendesk manually or automatically when the conversation ends.
• View information about Zendesk tickets during a conversation with a customer.
• Generate tickets from the contact form.
• Generate fully customizable tickets from the chatbot.

To integrate Oct8ne with Zendesk, go to your dashboard at Settings> Integrations> Zendesk and fill in the following information:

• Zendesk URL
• Zendesk Token API
• Administrator email
