Zendesk compatiblity & integrations
Oct8ne integrates 100% with the Zendesk ticketing system. With the integration you can:
- Submit tickets to Zendesk manually or automatically when the conversation ends.
- View information about Zendesk tickets during a conversation with a customer.
- Generate tickets from the contact form.
- Generate fully customizable tickets from the chatbot.
To integrate Oct8ne with Zendesk, go to your dashboard at Settings> Integrations> Zendesk and fill in the following information:
- Zendesk URL
- Zendesk Token API
- Administrator email
